For those who opt for coaching calls, they typically run 45 minutes to and hour- long enough to dig into your questions and refine your approach, but not so long that you feel overwhelmed.  Every session is structured to maximize value, whether that's fine tuning your personal brand, elevating your communication skills or sharpening your industry presence.

My coaching style is direct, yet encouraging- I blend high standards with a supportive, personalized approach.  I believe in bringing out the best in people by refining their natural strengths and helping them polish the small details that make a big impact.  Since I come from a competitive background, I know how to push for excellence while making the process enjoyable and rewarding.  Expect clear guidance, practical feedback, and a Western flair that makes learning feel both authentic and empowering.
